After needing her spinach to save herself from her self defense instructor, Vanessa accepts an offer for a free self defense class, this time with a new instructor. But Vanessa soon discovers that this new instructor is actually Lisa's sister who is out for payback for Lisa's beating at the hands of Vanessa's spinach fueled beating of her sister.

Once again, Vanessa eventually manages to get to her can of spinach. But is even spinach enough against Lisa's powerful sister?

I'm definitely looking forward to this. The first "Self Defense" with Aria Martinez and Gia Diablo was great!! Now comes Atillah Hunn!!! If this goes to 3 [Ed Note: It DOES go to 3 - CLICK HERE], let's see what happens when the spinach becomes bombarded with gamma radiation!!! As always, Aria is banging in this!!!

Atillah seemed to be having fun during the shoot, during which she could barely keep a straight face. Aria is so good at portraying vulnerability when the chips are down and there's a certain amount of that in this episode. Her lifting ability is impressive (though beautifully statuesque Atillah can do that almost one-handed). This is shaping up to be an interesting series. A hopefully gym-toned Vanessa versus the female Goliaths (courtesy of Stevo J) should be awesome!
